Every year our studio puts on two all-studio performances - the Winter Celebrations performance and our annual recital and Studio Showcase. At the Winter Celebrations show, dancers will costume themselves based on themes or instructions given by their instructor with items they already own. This is a free show that spans over two days and is broken up into mini-shows to keep the overall show-length shorter. Winter Celebrations is a wonderful way for your dancer to experience their first time on stage!
Once we arrive back from winter break, the real preparation begins as all classes start working on their recital numbers. Our annual recital is always themed (themes are announced in October) and it is scripted together as a big production! We do require costumes to be purchased for this show and there is a performance fee. Tickets go on sale at picture day in late May. We will continue to update this page about both performances throughout the year so that dancers, parents and families have all their information in one convenient spot.
